• Sales-management of the Moscow branch (Central region, Astrahanskaya, Arhangelskaya, Kaliningradskaya regions, Komi);
• Recruiting and training of new employees; Motivation the employees;
• Product promotion;
• Analytics, Reporting, Planning and budgeting;

• Event-management (10-4000 people): exhibitions, conferences, seminars, launches, trainings, parties, team-buildings; Developing agendas, programs, scriptwriting for events; Coordination of all event requirements to ensure high quality presentation; Financial reporting; Management of all services serving event; Maintenance with the technical equipment (a sound, video, light, a stage, the special equipment); Control of payment to suppliers; Organization and conducting of record keeping; Organization of flying away/arrivals, settling, excursions, events (conferences, gala-dinners, discos, carnivals, bicycle-tours);
• Business trips;
• Cooperation and communication to Sales Support, Marketing, HR, Finance and Operation departments.
• Achieved 105-120% fulfillment of quarter/annual sales plan;
• Saved budget for the events by 20%;

• Created, developed, and conducted of different events: 5 Banquets for Directors (6000 person, annually, Moscow, Olympiyskiy hall), 5 Gold Conferences (1500 person, annually, Canaria islands, Spain, Italy, Greece), 10 local Conferences (600-3000 person, quartally, Moscow), 50 local meetings of Directors (200-300 person, monthly, Moscow), more than 100 Trainings (20-150 person, weekly, Moscow), 10 New Year and Midsummer Parties for children and adults (50-200 person, twice a year, Moscow).
