Responsible for Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Kazakhstan Brands: Gillette, Venus, Oral B, BAM, Duracell, Camay, Old Spice  Gillette check out project (80% of sales go from checkouts)  Sales materials effectiveness score project (Effectiveness Matrix development and deployment)  Budget effectiveness project (budget more than $10M)  Production, distribution and placement of Initiative POSM/displays (support of 2-3 initiatives per month, budget is about $200K each)  Regular metal and plastic displays ordering optimization (production and implementation of POSM which have maximum effect on the market)  Displays menu by channels deployment  Create Learning Organization: sales trainings (2-3 trainings per month for CBD team – 50-100 persons)  Communications internal reviews preparation and participation (every year by brand, in store part)  Special Talor made projects for big retailers (Auchan, X5 retail group – Pyatyorochka, Perekrestok, Magnit, Kopeyka, Karusel; Metro C&C, Lenta, Billa, Stokmann, Spar, Ramstore, Mosmart, O`key)  MC Corner (internal), Customer portal (external) internet information resources development, launch and support  GDA (global assessment distributors) district meeting participation, unique plan for every distributor after every visit (about 5-6 trips per year)  Lead the research group (Eye-tracking) along with Consumer&Market Knowledge department and Nielsen  Lead the shoppers` communication project (to determine the best claim for the shopper for the brand)  People management (Assistant and Coordinator in subordination)
