Trade & Channel Marketing Coordinator: - Leading of cross functional (marketing and sales teams) projects on Portfolio development for Grocery Channel and pushing the team to implement - Development of TM programs and promotion plan (together with Brand Marketing Group) in retail sales channel: planning, budgeting, implementation - Controlling and evaluation of all in-store activities - Category management: market, channel, competitors' & customized category analysis, development of channel/customized portfolio, customized proposals for shelf navigation - Managing the POS project (including budget, briefing and work with agencies on design & construction development, production, logistics, distribution..) and finding the most efficient solutions - Development of POS & Trade Equipment special for different Channels - Analysis of market situation, competitiors' activities in order to develop effective tools - Ensuring efficient spending of trade marketing budget Trade Marketing Coordinator: - Preparation, launch, implementation and evaluation of all TM activities - Collaborative work with marketing team on sales promotions and product communications - Collaborative work with sales team on presenting the marketing initiatives and "best practices" as effective sales tools to the customers - Monitoring and effectiveness analysis of TM activities with following recommendations and forecasts to the sales team - Develop, update and control of merchandising standards and a list of mandatory products for distribution in order to optimize the range and sales promotion in the point of sale - Collaborating with agencies to run merchandizing activities
