Customer care & Clients department director
- foundation of Customer Care & Clients department; control of compliance with the company's work standards; coordinating the team of 15 professionals; - establishing strategy, goals (short-term, long-term) and tasks of the department; - evaluation of the department effectiveness; - formation of the department budget; - pricing, formation of the company's commercial position at a2p SMS market; - staff training: services provided by the company, functioning of A2P Messaging platform, work with the content, efficient communication via digital channels (banners, TGF, native advertising, etc .; - creating customer journey map (CJM), creating a plan for the implementation of omniscient system in customer service; - the formation of motivational systems for different positions (KPI's), evaluation criteria, the formation and quarterly monitoring of the performance of KPI by the department employees; - communication with key customers: decision, as well as assistance to managers in resolving conflict situations, building long-term relations, agreeing on the terms of contracts; - work with the threat of rejection of existing customers, the formation of customer loyalty, the cultivation of "lawyers" of the brand Rapporto; - organisation of work of the department / company when conducting tenders, preparation of presentations, commercial offers; - statement of reference terms to the development department, writing of FT, testing of platform updates, implementation of new services; - evaluation of the commercial effectiveness of the company's new products, the launch of new services, sale of new services to the customers; - control and work with receivables, claims, fines of operators and FAS; - achievement of performance of commercial indicators, goals and objectives of the company; - development and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of the department, minimising operating costs; - organisation and provision of effective interaction with other divisions of the company.
