Senior Account Manager
In my current role I am responsible for PR and communication strategy for several international accounts, including world re-known luxury hotel chain Dorchester Group, and leading the team of 3 persons. •Developing of communication strategy for each account individually (including objectives, competition analysis, main audience identification and listing activities), approving it with the account management, advising on better activity strategy to reach the target audiences and raise awareness; •Daily communication with the clients; Supporting each account with precise and accurate information on their PR status in Russia and CIS; providing meetings with properties’ management, advising the best solutions on how to be promoted on the market. Executing PR campaigns and events for the accounts, liaising with renowned celebrities, publishing houses, le beau monde facilities (famous restaurants, bars, clubs where co-brand actions could take place); managing organization of such events. •Leading and maintaining media relations and contacts; •Organizing and handling press events, including group and individual press-trips; •Handling ongoing media meetings in order to increase awareness and visibility of the account in media market; •Writing & translation of the press releases; •Preparing PR reports: weekly updates, monthly PR reports; •Training and supervision of the team (3 persons);
