Sales Strategy and Support coordinator
Supporting Herbalife Independent Partners on a daily basis to ensure they maintain a growing and sustainable business.
Worked closely with the sales force team, enabling them to meet their objectives, by providing tools, materials and presentations, also developing events and programs to award the Distributors.
Managing projects for materials and informational support of Independent Partners:
- Development and production of POSM and souvenirs materials; Create official communications with last news and updates ; Organize informational support of DS events. Collect all necessary information from the organizers, preparing common flyers with schedule and agendas for 60 events per month, checking individual's flyers 60 events per month, prepared presentation with photos and statistics about such events on week by week basis. ; Detailed agencies briefing.
Provide job process optimization tools to develop the team’s skills. Created website for workflow optimization.
- Full involvement in internal cross functional communication across all departments
- Collecting all information, putting deadlines, confirming layouts with all participants.
Events concept development and realization. Internal and external events creative concept development basing on event task, sales strategy and target audience. Russia, CIS and abroad. From 150 till 700 attendees.
Organization of big corporate and Distributors events. Corporate events - from 1000 till 8 000 attendees (Russia, Mongolia, Croatia, Bulgaria, USA, Ukraine, Belorussia). Cooperationa with international team, crossfunctional tasks.
Cooperate with agencies and vendors (Russian and foreign) during event's preparation and on site. Creating briefs and technical specifications for vendors.
Worked as backstage manager (show runner) at big corporate events (1500 - 8000 attendees) - working with team and all technical suppliers (light, sound, video production and etc.). Doing preparation work, conducting conference calls with speakers before the event, discussed details, preparation of protocols after the calls. Creating speakers agendas. Working with speakers - doing briefs, controlling make up process, working with translators
