The main role and responsibilities: overall support the Head of operations and hospitality planning, including development and translation of the documentation, logistic planning, sponsorship and VIK products implementation on the venue, overseeing suppliers of heavy and light equipment, HACCP and H&S control and coordination (Rospotrebnadzor), event management during the guest service in VIP\VVIP areas (all Matches), beverage control and calculation, beverage mangement in 6 VIP Hospitality Packages.

Catering service implementation on the venues (Olympic Stadium, Hotel Olympia), staff training (waiters), venue management, collaboration with the main partners from the government side Gulzaman Restaurant (catering) and Polimeks (Buildings management service), guest relations service, fifing irregular situations.
