Multi-Task responsibilities at Regional Head Office: A cross-functional environment consisting of both Head Office (including IT, HR & Finance) and Operational Management staff.
Managing document flow;
Translation of invoices and other documents from English to Russian;
Registration of incoming and outgoing mail;
Review of Head Office invoices (mobile phones, courier services (DHL), stationery, first-aid supplies and rent invoices) for authorisation;
Daily contact with CEO, Maintenance Department, Vice Presidents and Finance Department;
Coordination and execution of CEO instructions;
Maintained filing systems;
Scheduling of and, if necessary, attending meetings and taking minutes, creating agendas;
Providing travel-support for staff.
I used English for all cross-border communications; English was the common business language for all Expats and Visitors.
Achievements: systematized storage of documents on the reception, resolution issues of foreign colleagues and clients by phone.
