Strategy planning: Annual and half year Media-Strategy development according to marketing target of brand O'STIN and its sub-brands Media Management: Managing 1 subordinate in-house and 3 teams of suppliers and agencies Media agency and suppliers briefing annual and tactical placement in the following media: TV: Annual TV Deal negotiations, estimation of proposal features TRP delivery, placement conditions, channel split, CPP optimization and budget estimation. Commitments and flexibility negotiation.
