Edia and Advertising Manager in O`STIN clothes retail network with 500+ stores in Russian Federation and CIS. Responsible for mediaplanning and buying process about 15 mln $.
Annual and half year Media-Strategy development according to marketing target of brand O'STIN and its sub-brands
Managing 1 subordinate in-house and 3 teams of suppliers and agencies
Media agency and suppliers briefing annual and tactical placement in the following media:
TV: Annual TV Deal negotiations, estimation of proposal features TRP delivery, placement conditions, channel split, CPP optimization and budget estimation. Commitments and flexibility negotiation. Sponsorship proposals briefing and evaluation, special projects management (Programs integration, product placement implementation)
OOH: Placement conditions briefing and proposals evaluation, address programs selection and fine tuning according to shops navigation and coverage building
Print: Briefing for special projects and direct layout placement, estimation of proposals (Coverage, Affinity Index, price per contact)
Radio:Placement briefing for promo actions local support
Digital: Placement briefing for local promo actions support and e-commerce
Agency and suppliers management:
Coordination of agency and suppliers` team work.
Creative materials delivery control.
Effectiveness of ad campaign monitoring with market research team and providing of monthly competitive reports of advertising activity in category (creative and media placement)
Trainings for Marketing team coordination and conduction
Advertising budget flow control and financial optimization
1. Building of Media placement process with agencies and direct suppliers from zero.
2. Brand awareness growth by 10 % (from 72 %), purchase growth by 3% (from 40%), usage by 7% for 1HY 2012
3. Started sponsorship and special projects on TV for communication deversification
