- Preparation of an overall plan to promote a package of more than 30 brands: press publications (releases, articles, testing the product in the press's tests labs), dealership events (seminars, workshops, conferences), participation in exhibitions, additional events. Control of all work.
- Coordination of departments (advertising, web-team, sales department) in the development of advertising layouts, placement of releases and other materials on the website and partner's sites, preparation of newsletters on products for domestic use.
- Organization of events: workshops, seminars, exhibitions, multi-day conference for 20 to 200 dealers in Moscow, Moscow Region (search for the venue, team work on-site, documentation, list preparation, organization of transport, the entire logistics);
- Coordinating with vendors (foreign producers): information interchange data, participation in conferences, negotiations, conflict resolution, organization of arrival / departure, organization of traveling to the factories with dealers and employees;
- Working with media: preparation of promotional materials, press releases, planning and advertising, preparation and holding the press conferences.
Two major exit conference with the participation of 200 dealers, incl. foreign partners; prepared and conducted three large specialized exhibitions; held monthly seminars for architects and designers; held training seminars for the dealers all over Russia, produced videos from the trainings, filmed a video, changed the website, wrote a press releases and held the dissemination of information about the new company's brands.
