Head of sponsorship and special projects department
• General management of the department
• Development and implementation of strategic and operating plans of the Games and Rate Card (Master Plan, Funcional Operation Plan, Staffing Plan, Budget).
• Leading and control of sponsor’s contracts. Among sponsors - MegaFon, AkBarsBank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Coca Cola, Macdonalds, Hyundai.
• Development of sponsor’s recognition and promotion programs during the Games and other events within the Games. Control over contract implementation.
• Realization of “Observer” program in Schezhen (China). Research, monitoring, analyzing of Chinese experience of organizing the Universiade 2011, reporting recommendations for Universiade 2013.
• Development of procedures of cooperation with sponsors during the Games and before it.
• Establish the Partner’s League - informal community of sponsors of Universiade 2013.
• Organization of marketing researches.
• Development of commercial strategy of Universiade 2013 with participation of international consulting company Helios (HQ – Atlanta city, USA)
Additional / Extra projects:
• Moderator of “Marketing at Universiade 2011 in China” work shop during First international debriefing FISU (F?d?ration Internationale du Sport Universitaire / International University Sports Federation).
• Business trainer of International youth camp “Volunteer Academy 2011” (500 participants). Trainings on subjects “Marketing”, ’Time management”, “Negotiations”.
