Strategically plan the development and brand image of the Academy both domestically and internationally. Manage corporate marketing and communications functions. Lead the team of 9 workers. Develop new products and programs for educational and commercial purposes, including services in art industry, gallery functioning. Initiate and organize business-art events worldwide.
? Developed and launched new brand identity for Academy, including analytical and research works to determine platform, positioning, competitive advantages and core principles for the new brand visual identification.
? Defined strategic program to initiate active marketing promotion of Academy services and partnership possibilities on domestic and international markets.
? Developed partnership programs and signed contracts with leading Moscow art galleries and venues, several European universities and embassies of Europe countries and USA.
? Successfully realized, for the first time in Russian academic sector, Art Biennale on the premises of the University.
? Developed proposal for leading financial company Rosatom to perform clients (banks) report by means of an event with art collaboration. Received highly gratitude for excellent realization of idea. Due to success of the event, received a pool of investors and clients for upcoming events.
? Developed business guidelines for integrating commercial unit to offer additional services (other than art-design education) on the market.
? Formed strategic plan of introducing Academy Art Gallery to international markets. Developed schedule for art exhibitions and events, acquiring confirmations from leading Russian artists.
