Main purpose of job
To manageRussia’s account management, negotiations, content-delivery operations and all revenue-maximization activities dealing with Russia’s digital distribution partners. Provide proactive account management for digital partners. Use strong networking and negotiation skills to create new digital business development opportunities. Manage one digital account manager and one digital operations manager and coordinate effectively with the Finance, Legal and Marketing/A&R departments. These activities involve partnerships in Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia.
Мain responsibilities including but not limited to
Working with General Director and Global Digital Business to set annual budget/revenue targets for Russia’s digital business.
Working with Managing Director and Global Digital Business to create an annual strategy for meeting Russia’s digital sales targets.
Work with Global Digital Business to understand the global commercial policies, which govern Russia’s negotiations.
Manage one digital account manager to together make certain digital partners are promoting content and that Russia is optimizing our revenue from all partnerships.
Manage personally or delegate within digital department all paperwork and processes related to our digital partners
Manage one digital operations manager to make sure that all digital partners are receiving Russia’s priority digital products and to connect new digital partners to our content delivery systems.
Engage with new potential digital partners based in the above listed countries and, if appropriate, negotiate new digital licenses in line with global policies.
Negotiate annual contract renewals with local digital distribution partners
Fluent in English
A lawyer’s attention-to-detail in documents and negotiations is a must.
2-5 years negotiatingcommercial agreements in either a sales, business development or legal role.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Modellingskills.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Able to demonstrate good understanding of digital business development and account management responsibilities.
Actual legal, contractual experience is nice-to-have
Experience managing people and organizational processes
Prior experience in digital role within a developed digital market.
