Applicants must have experience in e-commerce, people management, business, analytical, and leadership abilities
· Building and managing sales and account managers team of 5 professionals
· Building customer database in all e-commerce Retail segment
· Achieving significant market share of Russian e-commerce
· Increasing sector’s profits by the end of 2016
· Sell directly online efficiency solutions to large e-commerce customers
· To guide the product development process/initiatives on Russian market
· Development of marketing and PR programs which will drive business growth
· Improve customer services and customer experience
· Keep up with the latest and greatest trends in ecommerce
· Develop and maintain company’s brand recognition and reputation on Russian market
· Managers’ experience within ecommerce brands/ digital and advertising agencies/ affiliate networks
· Knowledge of CPA models, web analytic tools
· Ability to analyze data and metrics and make decisions
· Knowledge of online marketing
· Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms
· Ability to translate trends into brand right business opportunities.
· Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
· Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
