The Offer Marketing Manager is part of the Inlingo Marketing Department.


This position involves turnkey management of offerings in Localization and Voiceover. Direct responsibilities include managing offer strategy, offer development, and offer launch, plus monitoring financial performance over the offer’s life cycle. 

This role will work closely with Production, MarCom, Marketing, and other business support departments, and oversee execution of business strategies, including ensuring that sales and profit goals established in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) are exceeded or met.

Additional responsibilities as required for this role will include pricing, sales enablement, competitive analysis, and capturing the voice of our customers and  Sales team in developing a product roadmap.


What’s involved?

Develop innovative offer strategies, roadmaps, and market launch plans for the assigned product/solution/offer

Continuously track the financial performance of the assigned offer and ensure it is exceeding or meeting AOP commitments. When required, proactively design and implement strategies to take corrective action on the offer’s financial performance

Be the single point of contact on Localization and Voiceover offerings for the BizDev, Sales, and Production teams by conducting frequent sales and operations training on the offerings, including holding webinars, issuing updated bulletins, ensuring execution of launch & life cycle strategies, and coordinating Release Candidate (RC) programs for the assigned offer globally.

Support the marketing Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Field Sales (VoFS) process and ensure that this data drives product roadmap priorities and strategies for the assigned offer.

Develop and communicate competitive analysis, including market fit analysis, benchmarking capabilities, and pricing, and be the focal point for inquiries on competitive strategies, including leading web seminars, and publishing trade articles and white papers on competitive position.

Actively participate in industry organizations, deliver talks at marketing events, take part in panel discussions, and publish trade articles/blogs to promote INLINGO’s service offerings.

Support trade shows, road shows, sales meetings, and other events.

Precise KPIs for financial metrics will be updated once they have been defined at the marketing team level. Below are key success factors:

  • Positively influence and impact revenue growth, margins, acquisition of new customers, and retention of existing customers. KPIs: bookings/orders, gross revenue, margin, vitality.

  • Work with industry vertical marketing managers and BizDev teams to positively impact and influence order quantity growth, revenue growth, and new customer acquisitions. KPIs: bookings/orders, gross revenue, margin, vitality.

  • Launch offers in a timely manner, and collect/implement feedback on the quality of the launch from key stakeholder groups, including but not limited to product management, marketing, bizdev, sales, and sales support.

  • Make proactive efforts to improve financial performance. Efforts could be in the form of monitoring orders and revenue, sales campaigns designed and launched, outreach to marketing and sales teams to understand root cause for non-performance, putting together measures for course correction, etc.

  • Comprehensively manage marketing collateral and sales enablement materials in coordination with other internal stakeholder groups. Success is measured by feedback from marketing, sales, and sales support on the completeness and quality of collateral and sales enablement materials.

  • Using a detailed MOS and collaboration model, collaborate closely with other departments and businesses, including 2Meet and BDinGD, and internal stakeholder groups, including Marketing, Production, HR, Sales, Sales Support, and Training. Success is measured by feedback on the effectiveness of collaboration from the stakeholder teams

 

What will you do with us?

 

-make show-stopping PowerPoint presentations for the BizDev/Marketing teams and memorable sales kits for the Sales team

-produce case studies, infographics, and iconography

-visualize creative mechanics with references, moodboards, storyboards, etc.

-craft a custom identity for creative pitches

-take the lead on art direction for social media posts and newsletters

-create visual solutions for corporate gifts and events

Technical preparation of layouts for further online/ offline production

-understand the customer journey to apply it to communication briefs

-write/supervise compelling communications briefs, highlighting customer benefits and key differentiators compared to competitors (clear UVP)

-drive asset development and manage projects with an internal or external design team

  

Required application materials and competencies:


-Portfolio of PowerPoint presentations and artwork

-2+ years professional experience

-Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, InDesign)

-Image processing skills: resizing, retouching, collages, color correction

-Keen interest in typography

  

Skills to create thrills:

 

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

-Experience working in game development is a plus

-Marketing, SMM, or PR experience

-Passion for games or experience in game-related business is a plus

-Design abilities in Keynote, MS Powerpoint, and Google Slide

-Creative mindset combined with love for detail and meeting deadlines

-Fundamental copywriting skills: create content with simple and powerful language that is impactful and invokes an emotional response, making clients want to take action and deepen their engagement with our products
